Cancellation, Late Arrival, and No-Show Policy
We Value Your Time and Ours
To ensure we can provide the best service to all our clients, we have established the following policies regarding cancellations, late arrivals, and no-shows.

Cancellation Policy:
24-Hour Notice Required: We require at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service
How to Cancel: Please contact us by phone or email to cancel or reschedule. Voicemail and email messages must be received at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid charges.
Email is encouraged for cancellations that need to be done after hours, as staff may have access to it sooner than a voicemail

Late Arrival Policy:
Grace Period: We offer a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you arrive after this time, we may need to adjust the duration of your service to accommodate the next client.
Late Arrival Fee: If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we reserve the right to shorten your service time.
Service Adjustment: We may need to reschedule your appointment if you are more than 15 minutes late and staff reserves the right to make the final decision.

No-Show Policy:
when you do not attend your scheduled appointment and do not contact us in advance, we consider this a no-show,
No-Show Fee: A fee of 50% will be charged for missed appointments. This fee will be billed to the credit card on file or requested upon your next visit.
Repeated No-Shows: Frequent no-shows will result in a requirement to prepay for future appointments or require a deposit to secure booking.

Exceptions:

We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can occur. Please contact us as soon as possible if you are unable to make your appointment, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation on a case-by-case basis.

Payment:

Fees for cancellations, late arrivals, and no-shows will be billed to the credit card on file or requested upon your next visit.

No Refund Policy

Once a service has been provided, we do not issue refunds. Our services require significant time, skill, and resources, and our pricing reflects this commitment. We stand behind the work we perform. If you have any concerns or are not fully satisfied with the outcome, we are more than happy to discuss them with you. Please contact us within 7 days of your appointment so we can address any issues and find a solution.
